Stephen Trzcinski
Stephen Trzcinski received his Juris Doctorate from the Syracuse University College of Law in 1994. While in law school, Mr. Trzcinski served as Associate Editor of the Syracuse Law Review, was honored with the Robert M. Anderson Publication Award in recognition of excellence in writing and legal scholarship, and was on the Dean's List.
Mr. Trzcinski began his legal career in New York, where he maintained a busy trial and appellate practice for several years. After moving to the Philadelphia area, Mr. Trzcinski joined White and Williams LLP, where he was a member of that firm's Appellate Practice Group for over five years.
Since joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2006, Mr. Trzcinski has focused his efforts on helping victims of elder abuse and neglect. He handles all aspects of post-trial and appellate advocacy, and is responsible for guiding cases through the appeal process.
Mr. Trzcinski is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. He is admitted to appear before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and many other courts.
